Über uns
VX Instruments can look back on more than 25 years of experience in the development and production of measuring and testing devices as well as test systems for the automotive, semiconductor and electronics industries.
Founded in 1989 as an engineering company specializing in developing measurement technology for renowned companies.
Growing demand of measurement instruments led the company to develop, service and market its own instruments to OEMs and customers in the semiconductor, automotive and electronics industry. Furthermore, VXI started to develop complete test systems.
In 2018 VXI acquired EMS, a manufacturer of testers for global semiconductor manufacturers, which lead to a significant growth of the VXI Group. By manufacturing all critical electronic components inhouse, VXI achieved rapid innovation cycles of 6–12 months, enhanced quality, and expedited delivery times. The company’s growth continued with the acquisition of VX Testsolutions (VXTS), which develops the GT studio software for the semiconductor and electronic tests.
Today, more than 500 test systems containing VXI instruments are installed worldwide, supporting both front- and backend wafer as well device/module applications.
Our highly skilled engineers are driven by the passion of pushing the boundaries of measurement technology and constantly redefine what is feasible. Our goal is to ensure that every solution we provide gives our customers confidence, knowing it will perform reliably and meet their needs.
