Thermally conductive grease can be applied flexibly. Customers can decrease thermal resistance by spreading our grease in a thin layer. Thermal Grease is highly prized in areas such as server systems and in automotive application.

Denka has different product grades:

1. One part grease: TSG-W55 (5.5W/mK), TSG-W80(8W/mK), and TSG-W100 (10W/mK)

2. Two parts grease: GFC-R55/65 (5.5W/mK/ 6.5W/mK)

3. Other grades with lower thermal conductivity: GFC-N8(1.5W/mK), GFC-PF3(3W/mK) and FCR-H(3.3W/mK)
