Denka Chemicals GmbH is the German sales office of the Japanese chemical manufacturer Denka Company Limited, founded in 1915. We have been present in the European market since 1990 with innovative products which support people's daily life.
Our broad product portfolio can be divided into three categories: Electronics & Innovative Products, Elastomers & Infrastructure Solutions and Polymer Solutions.
At the PCIM Expo, we are represented with our Electronics & Innovative Products.
Denka's Electronics & Innovative Products Division strives to build a prosperous society through innovative materials that are essential for 5G communications, xEV, and renewable energy, including heat-dissipating materials and substrates, and functional ceramics.
We manufacture a wide array of products made with the complex technology of fine ceramics and organic fine chemicals supporting the heat management in power modules, 5G technology, and xEV drivetrains.
