  • Use standard paper (not too heavy), no film.
  • Fixing material will be provided at your display board.
  • Template for your poster presentation

For the best preparation of your presentation, we have summarized important tips & hints for poster presentations.

Presentation on-site

You will present your topic on one of the event days from 9 – 11 June 2026. Please refer to the conference program for the exact day, time and location. During the 1.5-hour poster session, presenters are expected to be present at their poster on site for the entire session, introducing their work to conference participants and exhibition visitors and engaging in discussions with an interested professional audience.

Please hang your poster as soon as possible (1 hour before at the latest). The session chairperson will be present during the poster session. You are required to be present at your poster board for the entire session.

Each presenter will be provided with his/her own display board with a sign on each booth indicating the number of your paper, as printed in the official conference program. Please note that there are two walls per presenter. Therefore, please bring two posters for your presentation. Every presenter is responsible for the production of the poster himself.

Please set-up your poster at least 1 hour before your session starts. The necessary equipment for fixing your poster is provided by the organizer and will already be attached at your display board. Please note that it is important that the speaker is present during the entire dialogue session. Your material must be removed after the session on the day of your presentation. Any material that is not removed will be thrown away.

There will be a speakers’ lounge on-site. This room serves as a meeting place for advisory board members and speakers, where you can network, prepare for your presentation, or find an undisturbed place to work.

All presentations will be saved on-site and will be published at the digital platform shortly after the PCIM Conference to all conference attendees and speakers.

If you as a speaker are, for any reason, unable to attend the conference, we would urge that a co-author or appropriate colleague from your company/university presents the paper. Please note that speaker changes are only possible in exceptional cases and must be reported immediately in writing to leonie.roelke@mesago.com. If no one is available to present the paper and Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH has not been notified beforehand, the speaker will not be accepted for any other future PCIM Conference.
