Presentation on-site
You will present your topic on one of the event days from 6 – 8 May 2025. Please refer to the conference program for the exact day, time, and poster and dialogue session. The poster and dialogue session last about 90 miutes and you must be present during the entire session.
Every presenter is responsible for the production of the poster himself. The paper posters are glued to the poster crosses independently.
Display board
Each presenter will be provided with his/her own display board with a sign on each booth indicating the number of your paper, as printed in the official conference program. Please note that there are two walls per presenter. Therefore, please bring two posters for your presentation. Every presenter is responsible for the production of the poster himself.
Poster set-up
Please set-up your poster at least 1 hour before your session starts. The necessary equipment for fixing your poster is provided by the organizer and will already be attached at your display board. Please note that it is important that the speaker is present during the entire dialogue session. Your material must be removed after the session on the day of your presentation. Any material that is not removed will be thrown away.
Speakers’ lounge
There will be a speakers’ lounge on-site. The room “Lissabon” in NCC Mitte serves as a meeting place for advisory board members and speakers, where you can network, prepare for your presentation, or find an undisturbed place to work.
No-show policy
If you as a speaker are, for any reason, unable to attend the conference, we would urge that a co-author or appropriate colleague from your company/university presents the paper. Please note that speaker changes are only possible in exceptional cases and must be reported immediately. If no one is available to present the paper and Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH has not been notified beforehand, the speaker will not be accepted for any other future PCIM Conference.
