Do you already have a stand concept or do you want to take care of the design, planning, assembly and dismantling yourself? Then you can only pay the participation costs per square meter for the pure stand area (from 16 square meters). This gives you maximum flexibility in your participation.

Rental stand
Have you already booked your stand space and still need equipment? The form for booking the rental stands will be available from spring 2026.
The equipment of the rental stands corresponds to the "Premium" and "Superior" stand packages described above (stand space is not included). However, the exhibitor is responsible for the organization and handling with the stand builder.
Rental stands are available from 230 Euro per sqm.

Three easy steps to participate
Step 1: Request a registration form by phone or email. There is no registration deadline. However, the PCIM Expo has a high rebooking rate, so we recommend that you register early.
Step 2: After registering using the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Booth allocation will begin in fall 2025. For more information, please refer to the FAQ.
Step 3: After reviewing your registration, we will send you a non-binding booth offer. If you accept the offer, you will be registered as an exhibitor at the PCIM Expo.
