Join us and experience an evening that inspires and connects!

Date: 20. November 2025, from 6 p.m.
Location: V8 Hotel Motorworld Böblingen

Keynote: „Re-Innovations in Electric Drives: When Little Twists Spark a Technology Renaissance“

Dive into the fascinating evolution of electric drives: how small changes have a big impact — from pioneering BEVs to cutting-edge technologies defining tomorrow’s mobility.

The keynote explores techniques designed to increase inverter kVA and reduce drive losses: optimized synchronous pulse patterns (OPP), including six-step operation enabled by Deadbeat Flux Control (DBFC), providing dynamic control under demanding conditions. It also highlights novel dual-inverter topologies featuring key enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Another key focus is on integrated sensor arrays (ISA) for E-Motors, enabling high-resolution direct flux sensing, which provides accurate position detection, improved torque and temperature estimation, and increased functional safety.

Discover how impactful innovations arise from old concepts, driving a true renaissance in electric drive technology and shaping the future of sustainable mobility.
