PCIM Expo & Conference 2027: Call for papers for conference and seminars now open

Experts from the realms of industry and academia are now invited to submit their abstracts on current issues in power electronics for a chance to speak at the PCIM Conference 2027. The Conference takes place from May 11 to 13, 2027 in Nuremberg alongside the PCIM Expo. Contributions can also be submitted for the PCIM seminars scheduled for the two days before the main event. These sessions will concentrate on practice-related expertise and in-person discussions. The deadline for submitting papers is October 14, 2026.

PCIM 2026 a Hotbed of Inspiration: AI a Key Driver in the Power Electronics Industry

Following the culmination of the three-day PCIM Expo & Conference 2026, the international event for power electronics has once again proved itself a highlight in the industry calendar. From 9 to 11 June in Nuremberg, the expo brought the global community together and provided fresh inspiration for the future of the industry. This year, focus centered around artificial intelligence as both a development tool and a growth engine for power electronics.

The PCIM Conference Awards 2026: Recognizing Innovative Research

True to the motto that ideas drive progress, the PCIM Conference Awards once again honored the best and the brightest during the opening ceremony of the PCIM Conference 2026. A total of five outstanding papers from industry and academia were recognized across three categories: the Best Paper Award, the Young Engineer Award, and the Young Researcher Award.
