FAQs about the review process
Do I need to create an account for reviewing the abstracts?
Yes, you will need to create a new account. Click on "Do you need to create an account?" and enter your name, email address and a password. Please note that accounts from previous years are not retained in the system.
Which browser should I use for reviewing the abstracts?
We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, as the review portal is optimized for these browsers.
Can I save the changes in between to return later?
Yes, please use the “save” button to save your rating temporarily. You can return later and continue working.
Is it possible to edit the evaluation again after finishing?
Yes, it is possible to edit your evaluation until 18 November after you have submitted it by using the "Edit" button on the review.
What should I do if I realize that the submission topic does not match my area of expertise or the submitted category?
During the review process, you can suggest a different topic category for the submission. Indicate this in the comment field at the end of the review form. If you feel that the abstract does not align with your area of expertise, please contact Janina Kurtz at janina.kurtz@mesago.com.
What does the red star (*) mean?
Fields marked with a red star are mandatory and must be filled in.
Where can I see how many reviews an abstract already has in total?
