By applying for the University Research Zone, you have the opportunity to receive a presentation space that can be used for one day of the PCIM Expo 2025 to present your research results. The application is possible until 31 January 2025.
Service contents of the presentation space
The presentation space includes the following stand construction incl. assembly and dismantling:
- 1 table
- 2 chairs
- Triple socket incl. 3 kW power consumption
- Carpeted floor
- Lighting
- Waste garbage bin
- 1 lockable compartment in a locker in the zone
- Possibility of placing a banner on the presentation area incl. logo (own production)
- Logo of your university or institute on your table in the zone
- 2 exhibitor passes for access on the day of the exhibition and for visiting the PCIM Expo
Promotion:
- Special promotion in the Exhibition Guide and on the PCIM website
Automatically participation in prize draw for:
- a presentation on the research project presented at the Technology Stage
Price: EUR 349 per presentation space for one day plus VAT.
Deadline: 31 January 2025
The selected project teams will be announced by 12 February 2025.

Submission guidelines
- Only universities and research institutes are permitted
- Project teams of up to two students are permitted
- The contents of the package cannot be changed
- The presentation of the research results should take place in person with all team members
- It is recommended to demonstrate hardware prototypes (lower voltage up to 3 kW is allowed) and to use posters and/or videos (recorded at the home institution) for the presentation
- Please note that for safety reasons the presented devices and experiments are not allowed to be operated in the exhibition hall
