Applying for presentation space in the University Research Zone represents your chance to show off your research results for one day at the PCIM Expo 2026! Please note that the application deadline is 13 February 2026.
Contents of the presentation space
The presentation space includes the following:
- Workstation (approx. 3 m²) in the University Research Zone for one day at the PCIM Expo
- Booth construction incl. setup and dismantling, carpeted flooring, and lighting
- Table with two chairs
- University/institute logo on the workstation
- Option to hang a poster
- Option to use laptops for your presentation
- Triple socket with a power rating of 3 kW
- Waste bin
- Lockable compartment in a cabinet in the University Research Zone
- Two exhibitor passes for access on the day of your presentation, as well as for visiting the PCIM Expo on the other days of the event
Promotion:
- Publication of your participation on the PCIM website
- Listing of your participation in other accompanying media
You will also automatically be entered into a drawing to have your research project featured on the Technology Stage on the day of your presentation.
Price: €389.00 (plus VAT) per presentation space for one day

The selected project teams will be announced by 6 March 2026.

Submission guidelines
- Only universities (including universities of applied sciences) and research institutions are eligible to participate.
- Project teams may consist of up to two members.
- The scope and content of the presentation package cannot be modified.
- Research results must be presented in person by all registered team members.
- Demonstrations of hardware prototypes (requiring up to 3 kW of voltage) are allowed. We also recommend using posters and/or videos recorded at your home institution.
- For safety reasons, experiments may not be conducted in the exhibition hall and devices requiring voltage of more than 3 kW may not be operated.
