By applying for the University Research Zone, you have the opportunity to receive a presentation space that can be used for one day at the PCIM Expo 2027 to present your research results. The application is possible until 14 February 2027.
Contents of the presentation space
The presentation space includes the following:
- Stand construction incl. set-up and dismantling
- Table with two chairs
- University/institute logo on the workstation
- Triple socket
- Waste bin
- Locker
- Two exhibitor passes for access on the day of your presentation – as well as for visiting the PCIM Expo on the other days
Promotion:
- Publication of your participation on the PCIM website
- Listing of the University Research Zone in other accompanying media
Price: EUR 429,00 per presentation space for one day + VAT.

Note: The presentation area can be used for one day.
The selected project teams will be announced by 5 March 2027.

Submission guidelines
- Only universities and research institutes are eligible to participate in the University Research Zone.
- Project teams may consist of up to two people.
- Please note that the contents of the University Research Zone package cannot be changed.
- The presentation of research results should take place on site with all registered team members.
- Available spots among the accepted submissions will be allocated in the order in which the applications are received (first-come, first-served basis).
- It is recommended to present hardware prototypes (up to 3 kW) and to use posters, roll-ups and/or videos for the presentation.
- Please note that for safety reasons, the operation of the presented devices and the performance of experiments are prohibited in the exhibition hall.
