Here you will find useful information for preparing your presentation and organizational information for your participation as an seminar instructor at the PCIM Conference 2025.

Important steps to note

July – October 2024: Submission of your seminars sypnosis

January – February 2025: Notification of acceptance, registration, travel planning, and seminar program

Until 9 April 2025: Submission of the full seminar documentation

Call for Seminars

The deadline for conference submissions has expired and thus the Call for Semianrs for the conference 2025 closed. If you have submitted a seminar synopsis, you will receive a notification of acceptance in January 2025.

Registration, travel planning and program (January – February 2025)

All seminar instructors will be required to submit seminar documentation, which will be published for the seminar attendees. Submission is possible until 9 April 2025.
