Here you will find useful information for preparing your seminar and organizational information for your participation as an instructor at the PCIM Seminars 2025.
Documentation
Each delegate attending your seminar will receive the documentation of your seminar as a digital version only. Therefore, we recommend that all participants will bring their electronic device.
Deadline
Please upload your seminar documentation before the event as open PDF file before 9 April 2025.

Instructions
- Coversheet: In order to achieve a consistent look for all the seminar presentations, Mesago will include a uniform cover page for all documentations.
- Content: We highly recommend that you include all presentation slides in the documentation, which you will be using during the seminar.
- Extent: We suggest a maximum of 120 pages per documentation.
- Font type and size: The use of font Arial (minimum size 10) text single spacing is recommended.
Copyright agreement
By submitting your seminar synopsis to Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH, you already accepted the copyright agreement.
Online registration
Seminar instructors must register online. Please note that the registration is mandatory. You will receive the registration link via e-mail. After completing your online registration, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
The registration for seminar instructors includes the following services:
- Entrance to the accompanying exhibition for all three days
- Invitation to the Expert Evening on Monday, 5 June 2025, the exclusive dinner for seminar instructors
- Participation at the Welcome Party, which takes place at the exhibition grounds in NCC Ost on Tuesday, 6 may 2025 from 5:15 p.m.
- Free marketing services
As a seminar instructor you also benefit from the special rate of 490 € + VAT for the PCIM Conference. If you select the conference ticket in addition the following services will be added:
- Entrance to the full conference on all three days
- PCIM Conference proceedings 2025 (download version)
Payment options
Payments can be made via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
On-site
A few weeks before the event, you will receive information with the final organizational details, including information about where and how to check-in as a seminar instructor.
Venue: The seminars take place at the Arvena Park Hotel in Nuremberg.
Hotel reservation: As a seminar instructor there are special conditions for the reservation of a hotel room at the Arvena Park Hotel. To benefit from the special conditions, please book your room by 9 March 2025 (upon availability).
Technical equipment: Each room is equipped with a flipchart, an LCD projector and, depending on the size of the room, a microphone. Please bring your own laptop for your presentation.
No-show policy
If you as seminar instructor are, for any reason, unable to hold your seminar, we would urge that a co-author or appropriate colleague from your company/university holds the seminar. Please note that speaker changes are only possible in exceptional cases and have to be reported immediately in writing to kirsten.speth@mesago.com.
If no one is available to hold the seminar and Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH has not been notified beforehand, the speaker will not be accepted for any other future PCIM Conference.
