The Woertz E-Mobility installation with flat cable is the fastest and easiest way to implement a high-quality charging infrastructure in underground garages, parking garages and outdoor parking places. This is not only safe and reliable, but also efficient, profitable, easily expandable and compatible with charging stations from all manufacturers.

With the flat cable system, which was invented by Woertz as early as 1972, the junction boxes are mechanically contacted without confusion and without cable cutting on the flat cable in an insulation-piercing manner. This means that there are no serial contact points and no additional transition resistances in the current power flow. Time-consuming cable cutting is no longer necessary and a junction box can be installed within a few minutes.

With one heavy-duty flat cable in design up to 5x25mm² 50 intelligent charging stations can be fed.

The Woertz DALI flat cable system is the most reasonable cabling solution for DALI control.

The system consists of flat cable, quick-connect boxes and plug-in system for power supply and control of up to 64 DALI luminaires indoors, as well as outdoors thanks to the high protection rating IP66/68. The flat cable combines power and Dali bus line in one single cable.

This decentralised installation not only saves considerable amounts of cable, but also time during installation and simplifies planning immensely. In addition, a lot of energy is saved during the entire service life. Further time and cost optimisation during installation can be achieved by pre-assembling ready-made flat cable harnesses with pre-assembled and tested junction boxes.
