After the notification of acceptance in January, it is mandatory for speakers to register for the participation.
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Speakers benefit from the reduced ticket price of 490,- € + VAT.

Included services in the speakers registration
- Entrance to the full conference on all three day and the parallel exhibition.
- Access to the conference lunch at all three days.
- The PCIM Conference proceedings 2025 with the manuscripts of all speakers. Your own manuscript will be published in the proceedings as well as in the databases IEEE Xplore, Knovel and Scopus.
- Invitation to the „Night of Excellence“, the exclusive dinner for speakers and Advisory Board members. The social event takes place at the Hotel Le Meridien on Wednesday, 7 May 2025.
- Participation at the Welcome Party, which takes place at the exhibition grounds in NCC Ost on Tuesday, 6 May 2025.
- Free marketing services.
Important: You must register actively for the lunch and the social events during registration. On-site registration is not possible and we cannot provide you access without a registration.
