If you are chairing a session, you will find all important information here to make sure you are best prepared.
- We will send you the manuscripts in mid of May. In addition, session chairpersons of poster sessions will receive the posters as pdf documents.
- Oral session chairpersons: You can pick up your moderation cards on site at the service desk in the Foyer Brüssel. At your session desk on stage, we prepared a notebook to fill in the digital evaluation sheet and instructions.
- Poster session chairpersons: The printed evaluation sheet can be picked up at the service desk in the Foyer Brüssel.
The role of a session chairperson includes the following tasks on site:
- Oral session chairpersons: short introduction of the speakers, completing the evaluation form per speaker and leading the following Q&A session
- Poster session chairpersons: visiting each presenter at their poster during the poster session and completing the evaluation form
