"HSDIP" verfügt über H-Brücken- (4in1) und Six-Pack-Konfigurationen (6 in1) mit internen Isolationsfunktionen, die eine kompakte Anwendung gewährleisten. DOT247 ist ein einzigartiges Gehäuse in einer Halbbrücken-Konfiguration (2in1) mit robusterer Leistung für Leistungswechselbeanspruchung. Beide erreichen je nach Bedingungen eine Leistung von bis zu 30 kW.
