Hall sensor core (Current sensor core)
Description
The Hall sensor core is an important component used in various applications, including automotive systems. It is based on the Hall effect, where the magnetic fields induces voltage in the semiconductor material. In automotive environments, these cores are often made of materials such as silicon or permalloy, providing high sensitivity to magnetic fields. They are used to provide accurate, real-time data by measuring current. Hall sensor cores have a wide range of uses, which are essential for applications such as battery management, power electronics, motor control, etc., and contribute to accurate and efficient functions in various industries.
Laminated core are manufactured by embossing lamination method though high-speed press punching.
The material:
FeSi oriented 0.3t, FeSi non - oriented 0.5t,
FeNi permalloy PC / PB 0.35t
Gap core are manufactured by winding and cutting.
The material:
FeSi Oriented 0.23t, FeNi Permalloy, Nanocrystal , Amolpheus
