Anyang Kayo Amorphous Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011. It is a professional manufacturer focusing on soft magnetic materials , application research and development, we also do independently producing amorphous nanocrystalline magnetic cores. The company's main products include nanocrystalline common mode inductor cores, current transformer cores and amorphous filter cores, which are widely used in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic, communication, home appliances, electric power and other fields.
The company has a total of 7 production bases, with more than 400 skilled workers. The workshops are equipped with more than 150 self-developed winding machines, more than 100 self-developed constant tension furnaces, more than 20 self-developed fully automatic horizontal magnetic annealing furnaces, more than 20 self-developed fully automatic magnetic ring testing and sorting machines, 3 self-developed visual appearance inspection machines, and more than 50 other testing instruments such as hysteresis loop tester which is one of the largest amorphous magnetic core production enterprises in the northern region of China.
