Our Cooling Unit B.U. offers a wide range of customized cooling units, such as LLS (liquid-to-liquid), ALS (air-to liquid) and CCS (compressor based chillers). Every unit is the result of an engineering project, which starts with the specification of the customer and ends with the qualification of the final prototype. Our engineering team develops from simple subassembly for OEMs to complete PLC controlled cooling solutions.

We offer aluminium liquid cold plates, from small size parts for LED or laser cooling, up to large unit for IGBT cooling. Thanks to our internal design team, we are able to design high performance cold plates optimizing them with CFD analysis and to perform qualification tests in our laboratory. The liquid cold plates are manufactured in our modern CNC milling workshop and joined using vacuum brazing and FSW processes.
