MPP coil
Description
MPP is a standard core component of Qi2, compatible with BPP and EPP protocols, and supports Extended Power Protocol (EPP). It is suitable for a variety of devices, including magnetic phones and wireless chargers that support Qi2 standards. The biggest feature of MPP is the introduction of a magnetic iron ring, which is used to accurately locate the alignment between the charging device and the wireless charger, ensuring that the device is always in the optimal charging position and avoiding the efficiency decline caused by position deviation in traditional wireless charging. Compared to traditional BPP (Basic Power Profile) and EPP (Extended Power Profile), MPP significantly improves charging efficiency through magnetic positioning, supporting charging power of 15W or more, and is suitable for scenarios such as in car wireless charging and magnetic power banks. MPP further optimizes wireless charging performance and enhances user experience through magnetic positioning and frequency expansion (such as 360kHz operating frequency). As a WPC standard protocol, MPP reduces the usage cost for end users and promotes the expansion of the wireless charging ecosystem, attracting more chip and device manufacturers to participate. With the popularization of Qi2 standard, MPP technology is expected to become the mainstream standard in the field of wireless charging, promoting further development and innovation of wireless charging technology.
