Nanocrystalline cores, based on our in-house ribbon expertise and material, are available in tailored configurations—bare, coated or cased—to best fit each application. We offer customized permeability from 2,000 to 150,000 at 10 kHz, and up to 35,000 at 100 kHz, depending on core design and processing.

Nanocrystalline Ribbon

Nanocrystalline ribbon is an advanced iron-based soft magnetic material produced by rapid solidification and controlled annealing, resulting in an ultra-fine nanocrystalline structure. It combines high permeability, low core loss, and excellent thermal stability, enabling compact and energy-efficient magnetic designs.

Initial permeability (μi): up to 250,000
Mass production thickness: 12–20 μm nanocrystalline ribbon

EMC Filter assemblies

We offer customer-specific EMI filter sub-assemblies based on our magnetic materials, providing an EMC-optimized solution that can be directly integrated into the customer’s application.

Applications include EV inverter, OBC and battery-system EMI filtering. We also offer custom integration of our nanocrystalline cores into customer-specific EMI filter carriers / housings.
