Assembly and dismantling times
The assembly and dismantling of your stand at the PCIM Expo is possible at the following times:
Assembly
| Saturday, 8 May 2027 | 7 a.m. – 12 a.m. |
| Sunday, 9 May 2027 | 12 a.m. – 12 a.m. (24 hrs) |
| Monday, 10 May 2027 | 12 a.m. – 8 p.m. |
Please note that the exhibition hall must be vacatedby 8 p.m. on the last day of the assembly period to allow for cleaning.
Extended assembly
If required, extended assembly may be requested under the following conditions:
- Minimum stand space of 60 sqm
- Available starting Friday, 7 May 2027, from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m.
- Fee: 610 Euro per stand

Assembly and dismantling passes
Please note that in addition to your exhibitor passes, an assembly and dismantling pass must be generated for all persons staying on the Nuremberg exhibition grounds during assembly and dismantling and must be presented via the STP app of NürnbergMesse.
Information about the assembly and dismantling pass:
- You can create your pass via the NürnbergMesse website.
- If this is your first time creating a pass, you must register. If you have ordered passes in the past, please log in using your existing credentials.
- The pass is valid for 14 days after the first scan, meaning one pass per person is sufficient for assembly and dismantling (including any early assembly).
- Up to 20 people can be registered per session.
The assembly and dismantling passes can be created at a later stage.

Please also note that, booking time slots via the TransITfair system is mandatory for entering the loading yards at the exhibition grounds in Nuremberg.
