Assembly and dismantling of your stand at the PCIM Expo

Assembly and dismantling times

The assembly and dismantling of your stand at the PCIM Expo is possible at the following times:

Assembly

Saturday, 3 May 2025 7 a.m. – 12 a.m.
Sunday, 4 May 2025 12 a.m. – 12 a.m. (24 hrs)
Monday, 5 May 2025 12 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Please note that the exhibition hall must be vacated by 20:00 hrs on the last day of the assembly period to allow for cleaning.

Extended assembly

If required, an extended assembly can be requested for a fee by 4 April 2025 at the latest:

  • Minimum stand size for an assembly period extension: 80 sqm
  • Period: Friday 2 May 2025, 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. (extension available upon request, additional fee applies)

Dismantling

Thursday, 8 May 2025 5 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday, 9 May 2025 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Assembly and dismantling passes

Please note that in addition to your exhibitor passes, a assembly and dismantling pass must be generated for all persons staying on the Nuremberg exhibition grounds during assembly and dismantling and must be presented via the STP app of NürnbergMesse.

Please also note that from this year on, booking time slots via the TransITfair system is mandatory for entering the loading yards at the exhibition grounds in Nuremberg. Further information can be found here.
