On-site stand personnel require exhibitor passes for admission to the event. More information can be found here.
Depending on the size of your stand, you will receive a certain number of free exhibitor passes for your stand personnel, which authorize access to the PCIM Expo.
The number of passes you are entitled to can be viewed in the Ticket Services for Exhibitors on the overview page under "Your exhibitor passes".
The Ticket Service for Exhibitors will be available from February 2027.
Additional exhibitor passes can also be generated in the Ticket Service for Exhibitors. After the event, you will only be billed for the exhibitor passes that exceed the free contingent and were actually redeemed (scanned on-site at the entrance).
Each printed exhibitor pass includes the usage of public transport on all three days of the exhibition.
Note: Only exhibitor passes authorize you to enter the exhibition hall at 7 a.m. before the exhibition opens and to remain on the premises after the exhibition closes.
