We would like to urgently inform you about two current threats targeting exhibitors at our events:
1. Fraudulent Emails with fake bank details
In recent days, highly convincing phishing emails have been sent out in the name of Mesago or Formnext. These emails contain fake payment requests and claim that our bank details have changed. The goal of these fraudulent messages is to redirect payments to incorrect accounts.
Please note:
- Mesago never informs about changes to bank details via email.
- Valid payment information is only provided on our official invoices.
- If our bank details change, you will receive a new invoice directly from our accounting department.
- Our official email addresses always end in "@mesago.com". Emails from domains such as "@mesaqo.com" or "@hotmail.com" are not from us and should be ignored.
If you receive a suspicious message or are unsure, please contact your Mesago representative or our accounting department directly. In case of doubt, feel free to send us a copy of your payment confirmation for verification.
2. Unauthorized Exhibitor and Visitor Directories
Exhibitors are increasingly being contacted by companies that falsely associate their products and services with our events and Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH. These communications misleadingly suggest a partnership or authorization by Mesago, which does not exist.
Currently, dubious providers are attempting to sell exhibitor visitor lists. These emails promise directories with company names, contacts, and full details — but they are fraudulent. Please ignore such emails and classify them as spam.

Mesago is in no way affiliated with the following directory providers:

We explicitly distance ourselves from the business practices of these and similar companies.

The only official print and online directories for our trade fairs are published exclusively by Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH. Through our online service manual, you have access to visitor data from those who registered using your voucher code — in accordance with our data protection policies.
