Here you will find useful information for preparing your poster and organizational information for your participation as a poster presenter at the PCIM Conference 2026.

Important steps to note

July – October 2025: Submission of your abstract

January – February 2026: Notification of acceptance, registration, travel planning, and conference program

Until 8 April 2026: Submission of the full manuscript

May – June 2026: Poster submission and stay on-site

Registration

Speakers who are notified that their abstract has been accepted will be required to register as a participant.

Conference program

The conference program will be available here at the end of January 2026.

Seminar program

The seminars will take place on the two days before the PCIM Expo & Conference at the Arvena Park Hotel. The Seminar Program will be available in January 2026.

Manuscript submission (Until 8 April 2026)

All conference speakers will be required to submit a full manuscript of their presentations, which will also be published. Submission is possible until 8 April 2026.
