July – October 2024: Submission of your abstract
January – February 2025: Notification of acceptance, registration, travel planning, and conference program
Until 4 March 2025: Submission of the full manuscript
Submission of your abstract (July – October 2024)
Call for Papers
The deadline for conference submissions has expired, which means the call for papers for the 2025 conference is over. If you have submitted an abstract, you will receive a response in January 2025.
Registration, travel planning and program (January – February 2025)
Registration
Speakers who are notified that their abstract has been accepted will be required to register as a participant. The booking link will be available starting in January 2025.
Hotel reservation
As a speaker, you will enjoy special conditions for reserving a hotel room at the Arvena Park Hotel. Related information will be made available in January 2025.
Conference program
The conference program will be online from February 2025.
Seminar program
The seminars will take place on the two days before the PCIM Expo & Conference at the Arvena Park Hotel. The seminar program will be online from February 2025.
Manuscript submission (Until 4 March 2025)
Manuscript submission
All conference speakers will be required to submit a full manuscript of their presentations, which will also be published. Submission is possible until 4 March 2025.
