Important steps to note

July – October 2024: Submission of your abstract

January – February 2025: Notification of acceptance, registration, travel planning, and conference program

Until 4 March 2025: Submission of the full manuscript

Call for Papers

The deadline for conference submissions has expired, which means the call for papers for the 2025 conference is over. If you have submitted an abstract, you will have already received an e-mail with an acceptance or rejection in December 2024.

Registration, travel planning and program (January – February 2025)

All conference speakers will be required to submit a full manuscript of their presentations, which will also be published. Submission is possible until 4 March 2025.
