Poster speakers must register online for the conference. The registration is mandatory. A confirmation by e-mail is sent to you after completing your online registration. The PDF attached to this e-mail is your entry ticket.
As a speaker you will benefit from the special conference fee of 460 Euro + VAT.
The speakers registration includes the following services:
- Entrance to the full conference on all three days and the accompanying exhibition
- Access to the accompanying digital event platform and the related on-demand media library
- PCIM Europe 2023 conference proceedings as download version
- All papers presented at the PCIM Europe Conference 2023 will be published in the PCIM Europe 2023 proceedings, IET Inspec database, Scopus and IEEExplore
- Invitation to the „Night of Excellence“, which is the exclusive dinner for speakers and advisory board members. The social event takes place on Wednesday, 10 May 2023.
- Participation at the Welcome Party. The Welcome Party takes place at the exhibition grounds in NCC Ost on Tuesday, 9 May 2023 from 17:15 p.m.
- Free marketing services
Payments can be made with credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal or Apple Pay.

Manuscript for the conference proceedings
All presentations are summarized in the conference proceedings. It gives a comprehensive overview of the most important contents of the conference. The proceedings will be sent via download link and marked with an ISBN number.
To be included in the conference proceedings, please upload your manuscript as processable PDF (max. 5 MB) by 1 March 2023.
Please note that your manuscript will be published as it is submitted and it will not be edited or rewritten. It will only be published in the proceedings if you have registered as a speaker and presented the contribution during the conference on-site.
About your presentation
Poster format and layout: DIN A0, portrait format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) in upright format in color. The design and content of the poster is a matter of the speaker. Each poster presenter can bring two posters.
Pre-submission of your poster: Please make sure that you upload your posters in electronic form by 20 April 2023 for a last quality check. You will receive the link for the upload in time. Every presenter is responsible for the production of the poster himself.
Day of your presentation: Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon or Thursday noon
Display board/booth: Each speaker will be provided with his/her own display board with a sign on each booth indicating the number of your paper, as printed in the official conference program. Please note that there are two walls per speaker. Therefore, please bring two posters for your presentation.
Poster set-up: At least 3 hours before starting the dialogue session. The necessary equipment for fixing your poster is provided by the organizer and can be collected at the conference counter in the foyer of NCC Mitte. Please note that it is important that the speaker is present during the entire dialogue session.
Your material must be removed by 6:30 p.m. on the day of your presentation. Any material that is not removed will be thrown away.
Speakers room: There will be a speakers room on-site. This room serves as a meeting point for advisory board members and speakers during the whole conference.
If you are unable to attend the conference as a poster speaker for any reason, we would urge that a co-author or appropriate colleague from your company/university presents the paper. Please note that speaker changes are only possible in exceptional cases and have to be reported immediately in writing to email@example.com.
The speaker will not be accepted for any other further PCIM Europe Conferences, if no one is available to present the paper and Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH has not been notified beforehand.
On-site in Nuremberg
From January you will find the conference program here. The conference opening including the award ceremony will take place on Stage Brüssel 1 on Tuesday, 9 May 2023 at 9 a.m.
As a speaker you are authorized to participate at the following social events beyond the conference program. We kindly invite you to participate.
Tuesday, 9 May 2023: Welcome Party in NCC Ost at 5:15 p.m.
Wednesday, 10 May 2023: Night of Excellence in the Hotel Le Meridien, Nuremberg at 6:30 p.m.

As a poster presenter, you can book a room at the official “PCIM Europe Headquarter Hotel” at a special rate. Please download the hotel reservation form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, as instructed in the form, to book your hotel room at the Arvena Park Hotel. Deadline: 13 March 2023 (upon availability)

PCIM Europe digital
The on-site event in Nuremberg will be extended by the digital platform „PCIM Europe digital“. On the platform, participants will have access to live streams and on-demand videos of the conference and stage presentations. Therefore, all poster presenters are encouraged to provide a presentation video in addition to the on-site poster presentation. This will allow you to benefit from the additional reach of the digital platform for your topic.
