There is no closing date for registration. However, the PCIM Expo has a high re-booking rate. We therefore recommend early application so that we can do our best to accommodate your preferences, whenever possible. Please note the deadlines of our stand rental prices.
Participation options
We support you in your participation at the PCIM Expo to make it as comfortable as you wish and tailored to your needs. From just stand space to a full-service stand package – we will find the right solution for you.
Do you already have a stand concept or do you want to take care of the design, planning, assembly and dismantling yourself? Then you can only pay the participation costs per square meter for the pure stand area (from 16 square meters). This gives you maximum flexibility in your participation.

Rental stand
Exhibitors who do not bring their own stand construction can book it separately via the Shop for Exhibitor Services, even without booking an exhibition package. The equipment of the rental stands corresponds to the "Premium" and "Superior" stand packages described above (stand space is not included). However, the exhibitor is responsible for the organization and handling with the stand builder.
Rental stands are available from 220 Euro per sqm.
Companies exhibiting at the PCIM Expo for the first time, have the opportunity to book the Newcomer Pavilion (joint stand) at an attractive flat price located in a central area (limited availability).

As an exhibitor, you can register co-exhibitors and/or represented companies on your stand. While co-exhibitors are represented with their products and stand personnel, represented companies only present products on your stand.
You can register your co-exhibitors as follows: Log in to the website with your Messe-Login and select the stand for which you would like to register co-exhibitors. At the bottom you will find the button "Register co-exhibitor".
