Bodo received his engineering degree from Kiel University of Applied Sciences in 1976. His professional life comprises decades of engineering, application design and marketing of power semiconductors with companies including RCA, GE and Harris Semiconductor. He was a member of the PCIM Conference Advisory Board for many years. In 2006 he launched Bodo’s Power Systems magazine, which today still continues to serve the power electronics industry worldwide.

Pierre Delatte is CTO and co-founder of CISSOID. He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Integrated Circuits (IC’s) Design and Power Electronics. He started his carrier at UCL Microelectronics Laboratory where he worked on the design of high-speed analogue and RF IC's based on Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) technology. At CISSOID, he worked on product definition, design, packaging and manufacturing of high-temperature IC’s for sensor interfaces, power management and power conversion. In 2010, he initiated Company’s R&D activities related to Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology including Gate Driver IC design and high-temperature power module packaging. Today, he is driving the development of SiC Intelligent Power Modules and CISSOID’s SiC Inverter platform for E-Mobility Applications. Pierre Delatte holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree from the Université catholique de Louvain.

Peter Friedrichs

Dr. Peter Friedrichs holds a degree in microelectronics, a degree in business administration and engineering, and a PhD in electrical engineering, specialized in SiC power devices. He joined Infineon in 2011 and holds the position of Vice President SiC. He is author or co-author of more than 50 scientific papers and conference proceedings and holds numerous patents in the field of SiC power devices and technologies.

Aly Mashaly has a degree of electrical engineering at the University of Cairo, and a master’s degree of electrical engineering at the University of Hanover, later he worked as an academic staff in the institute for Drive Systems & Power Electronics. He was a R&D Engineer Power electronics at Liebherr Elektronik GmbH from 2007 to 2011 and worked as R&D Manager of eMobility for commercial vehicles at KEB GmbH until 2015. He is now Director Automotive Application & Power Systems at ROHM Europe.

Guy Moxey has spent his entire career in the power semiconductor industry with roles in applications, product marketing, & product line management. His career has included employment at International Rectifier, Siliconix and Fairchild Semiconductor. Mr. Moxey currently serves as the Senior Director of Power Marketing for Wolfspeed. He received his B.Eng. (Hons) in electrical/electronic engineering from the University of Brighton and his MSc in power electronics from the University of Birmingham.

Dr. Sheridan has been working on SiC and GaN technology and commercialization for over 20 years. He is currently is the VP of Wide Bandgap Devices at Alpha and Omega Semiconductor where he leads the technology development and business activities.

Eugen Stumpf began his engineering career focusing on the development of wind energy converters. This early experience laid the foundation for a distinguished career in the field of engineering, particularly in the development and management of cutting-edge technologies. After his initial role in wind energy, Eugen joined Mitsubishi Electric, a leading global corporation known for its innovative electrical and electronic products. Over a span of 20 years, Eugen has held several key positions within the company's Semiconductor Division. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Manager of Power Semiconductors, where he has been instrumental in advancing the division's initiatives. For the past decade, Eugen has been at the forefront of Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology. His work has contributed significantly to the development and application of SiC technology in power semiconductors, enhancing efficiency and performance in various applications. Eugen holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, where he honed his skills and knowledge in the energy field. Furthering his education, Eugen earned an MBA from Fachhochschule für Ökonomie und Management which equipped him with advanced management skills and strategic insights into business operations.

Dr. Evangelos Theodossiu is a senior B2B product marketing expert specializing in power electronics for renewable energy, motion control, and e-mobility applications. With over 15 years of experience, he has led product portfolio strategies and go-to-market initiatives at Vincotech. His technical foundation, built on a PhD in solid-state physics, is complemented by hands-on leadership in cross-functional teams, R&D collaboration, and strategic market positioning. Evangelos brings a proven track record of turning complex technologies into competitive, high-growth product lines across the power module landscape.
