Participation options
Individual stand space
Do you already have a stand concept or do you want to take care of the design, planning, assembly and dismantling yourself? Then you can only pay the participation costs per square meter for the pure stand area (from 16 square meters). This gives you maximum flexibility in your participation.

The minimum booth size is 16 sqm and 20 sqm for corner stands. Number of exhibitor pass(es) according to stand size. Free use of the coat rack on-site included.
The following charges apply in addition to the stand space price:
- AUMA-fee (charged for the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry) of 0.60 EUR per sqm
- Sales and Marketing Services (SMS). For details on the SMS packages, please refer to your registration documents.
- Waste disposal service by NürnbergMesse GmbH during assembly, dismantling and event: EUR 5.95 per sqm

You don't have your own stand construction or would like to keep the organizational effort for your company as low as possible? Then our combination package offers are just right for you.
Combination package Premium (from 16 sqm)
The following services are included
- Exhibitor pass(es) according to stand size

- Single-leaf wall system, white, no visible frames, (2.5 meters high)
- Cubicle (2 sqm) with lockable door

- Separate meeting area incl. lounge furniture: 1x sofa, 2x armchairs, 1x side table (from 48 sqm double quantity)
- 1 brochure stand (from 48 sqm double quantity)
- 1 counter incl. 1x bar stool
- 1 high table with 2 bar stools (from 48 sqm double quantity)
- 1 waste paper basket
- 1 spotlight LED each 3 sqm stand space

Rental stand
Exhibitors who do not bring their own stand construction can book it separately via the Shop for Exhibitor Services, even without booking an exhibition package. The equipment of the rental stands corresponds to the "Premium" and "Superior" stand packages described above (stand space is not included). However, the exhibitor is responsible for the organization and handling with the stand builder.
Rental stands are available from 220 Euro per sqm.
The form for booking the rental stand is available from January 2025 in the Shop for Exhibitor Services.
In addition a waste disposal service by NürnbergMesse GmbH during assembly, dismantling and event applies: EUR 5.95 per sqm
Joint stands
Are you planning to attend the PCIM Expo for the first time? Then take advantage of our special offers and join forces with other exhibitors.
Newcomer Pavilion (9 or 12 sqm)
Companies exhibiting at the PCIM Expo for the first time, have the opportunity to book the Newcomer Pavilion (joint stand) at an attractive flat price located in a central area (limited availability).
Conditions
- Your company has not been represented at the PCIM Expo in the last 5 event years
- Participation is only possible once
- Changes to stand construction are not possible
