As an exhibitor at the PCIM Europe, you can present your expertise and product portfolio to the international power electronics community and benefit from unique networking opportunities. You can find all important information about your participation here.
Allocation of stand space and general terms of contract
Hall layout planning starts in August. As soon as we have checked the placement possibilities, we will contact you with a stand offer. Please note that hall layout planning involves coordination processes and waiting times may occur.
You will receive the stand confirmation after acceptance of the offer. The contractual relationship starts with the stand confirmation.
The rent for the stand is due in two equal installments. The first installment (request for installment) shall be invoiced to the contracting partner and mailed with the stand confirmation and shall be due immediately. The second installment (final invoice) minus payments already made shall be charged at the earliest three months prior to the start of the event and shall likewise be due immediately.

Marketing contribution and digital package
By registering for the event and paying the marketing contribution rate and a contribution for the digital package, you benefit from extensive measures for best visibility before, during and after the exhibition.
Media Package Manager
The majority of visitors obtain information online in advance of their visit to the exhibition. Your exhibitor profile on the official PCIM Europe website offers the opportunity to present your service portfolio to the target groups in an appealing way in the run-up to the exhibition and to arouse visitors' curiosity.
For this, the Media Package Manager is the marketing center: as an exhibitor, you can enter, manage, change and update all relevant information about your own company and products yourself here. The Media Package Manager then transfers this data directly to the exhibitor search. This makes exhibitors more visible and easier to find – for existing customers as well as for potential new customers.
Shop for exhibitors services
Once your stand booking has been completed, you will receive an e-mail with your Messe-Login and stand code. From January 2023, orders for marketing materials and advertising materials or product presentations can then be booked via the Shop for Exhibitor Services. In addition, you can order services such as stand construction, technical connections, stand equipment, catering, personnel, logistics and much more.
You will receive further information and access in January 2023.
