About Jörg Latzel
Jörg Latzel began his professional education at the Fachhochschule of Deutsche Telekom in Dieburg, Germany, and completed this period with a diploma from the Szechenyi Istvan Föiskola in Györ, through a partnership with the Fachhochschule of Deutsche Telekom, specializing in digital filters. Following this, he worked as a telecommunications engineer at Deutsche Telekom and transitioned into the test and measurement world. Initially, he focused on antenna measurements and µ-waves for the telecommunications sector. Later, he took on the responsibility of product management for fiber optic testing, covering both field and R&D measurements in Europe.
Subsequently, in 1998, Jörg Latzel moved into sales and support at Ando Electric, focusing on communication measurement solutions for the German market. In 2003, Yokogawa acquired Ando's business, where he initially continued working in fiber optics measurements and additionally took on the responsibility for oscilloscopes. In 2012, Jörg Latzel began his current role as Sales Manager for Yokogawa Test & Measurement Germany. His responsibilities include service, marketing communication, and sales.
