In e mobility, miniaturization continues to drive power electronics system innovation. AKM supports this trend with two coreless current sensor series: CZ (Integrated Current Sensors) and EZ (Field Current Sensors) for applications such as OBCs, DC DC converters, and inverters. The CZ series (Integrated Current Sensors) is optimized for next generation SiC and GaN power devices, offering 100 ns fast response, strong dV/dt and dI/dt immunity, and 0.3 mΩ primary resistance—ideal for high frequency switching conditions. The EZ series (Field Current Sensors) is designed to replace conventional cored current sensors. With a high sensitivity compound semiconductor Hall element and high S/N ratio, the EZ series delivers cored sensor level performance in a space saving coreless design, enabling smaller and more flexible layouts.
